I. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns of products or offer exchanges of our products. If your order was damaged in-transit, or if you’ve received the wrong REFREZZ order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing info@asahibev.com. We do not guarantee refunds of any products.
II. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by emailing info@asahibev.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and try to make it right.
There is nothing we can do if the product has already been opened. The subject of your inquiry must be the result of damage, defects, or errors that existed when you received the product.
